WHAT WE COLLECT

The tape needs nothing. Browsing the live feed, rankings, and markets requires no account and no personal data. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment details — we never see or store your card number; we keep only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference. If you enable push notifications, your browser gives us a push subscription token for your device so we can deliver alerts.

WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT

Kalshi's trade feed is anonymous, so we never receive or store any trader's identity, and nothing we show ties a trade to a person. We don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers.

HOW WE USE IT

To run your account and alert rules, deliver notifications you asked for, process your subscription, keep the service secure, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve it. We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Only the processors that run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, and your browser's push service (Apple, Google, or Mozilla) to deliver notifications. Each handles data under its own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

RETENTION & YOUR CHOICES

We keep account data while your account is active. You can turn off push per device anytime, cancel your subscription from your account, and email us to delete your account and associated personal data. Deleting your account cancels any subscription.
