WHAT WHALESCANR IS

WhaleScanr reads Polymarket's public, on-chain record of wallet activity and describes what selected wallets did: the market, the side, the size, the price, and the time. Where a Polymarket market has a counterpart listed on Kalshi, we name that market. It is an information and analytics service. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything; and not a prediction of any outcome. Event contracts involve risk, including loss of your entire stake.

WHAT WHALESCANR IS NOT

We do not give personalised advice, and nothing we publish is tailored to your circumstances, holdings, or goals. We do not accept, transmit, or execute orders; we do not hold your funds or securities; we do not manage any account for you; and we take no position in the markets we describe. Every alert is a description of something that already happened on a public ledger. What you do with it is your decision alone.

NOT AFFILIATED — AND WHERE WE ARE PAID

WhaleScanr is not owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Kalshi or Polymarket. We do participate in Kalshi's referral programme: some pages carry a referral link, and if you open a Kalshi account through it we may receive trading credits. That link is marked with this disclosure wherever it appears. We are not paid by anyone to feature a particular market, and no alert is ever selected, ordered, or withheld because of it.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The settled record and the delayed alerts page are open to everyone with no account. An account is free; you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Whether you may lawfully trade event contracts where you live is your responsibility to determine, not ours. Availability and legality vary by jurisdiction and change. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to trade anywhere it would be unlawful.

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Premium is $19 per month, billed in advance by Stripe and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. We do not store your card details. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens Stripe's own billing portal; cancelling stops any further charge and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change only on prospective notice, sent to your account email before the change takes effect.

First-month refund. If Premium is not delivering what the pricing page describes, email support@whalescanr.com within your first month and we will refund that month in full. After the first month, and except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable — but if something has gone wrong on our end, write to us and we will make it right.

DISCORD DELIVERY

Premium is delivered through a private Discord server. While your subscription is active, connecting your Discord account from your account page grants you the Pro role. That access is yours alone: sharing it, or relaying alerts outside the server, is a breach of these terms. Joining is a transaction between you and Discord, under Discord's own terms and privacy policy. We may remove the role when a subscription lapses.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish the service or its alerts; don't forward Premium alerts or invite links to non-subscribers; don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; don't use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

NO WARRANTY

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; it depends on Polymarket's on-chain record, Kalshi's market data, Discord's delivery, and other third-party infrastructure, none of which we control. Past results of any wallet are not a prediction of any future trade. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, the timeliness of any alert, or that alerts will be delivered at all.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhaleScanr and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment decision you make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

CHANGES & CONTACT

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and changes affecting price or the substance of what Premium delivers will be sent to your account email in advance. Continued use means you accept them. Questions: support@whalescanr.com.
