WHAT WHALESCANR IS

Whalescanr reads Kalshi's public, anonymous trade feed and describes large trades — how big, how fast, which side, and how unusual each is for its market. It is an information and analytics tool. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything; and not a prediction of any outcome. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kalshi. Event contracts involve risk, including loss of your entire stake.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The live tape is open to everyone with no account. Alerts require a free account; you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

ALERTS SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Alerts are a paid subscription of $6.00 USD per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through the period you already paid for. Prices may change on prospective notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; if something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the service; don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse- engineer it; don't use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

NO WARRANTY

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; the tape depends on Kalshi's feed and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that alerts will always be delivered.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whalescanr and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment decision you make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
